Vielleicht für den ein oder anderen hier von Interesse. Eine Antwort des Kraken Supports auf eine Anfrage, ob auch Account-Daten eines geschlossenen Accounts zu DLT-Finance wandern, wenn später wieder ein neuer Account bei Kraken angelegt wird und ob die dabei erforderliche gegebene Zustimmung pro DLT Finance per Account gilt oder pro Person.
Solange eine andere Emailadresse verwendet wird, gilt auch bei gleichen Personendaten, die Zustimmung nur für den neuangelegten Account. Nehmt ihr die gleiche Adresse wie der frühere Account hatte, erteilt ihr damit (evtl. ohne es zu wollen und zu ahnen) die Zustimmung, die alten Daten vom gelöschten Account doch noch zu DLT Finance zu migrieren.
Ursprüngliche Frage an den Support
When signing up for a new account; is my consent to migrate data to „DLT Finance“ given
a) on a per-person-basis (meaning also data of an already closed account would be migrated to DLT Finance) or
b) on a per-account-basis (meaning that no data from old closed accounts would be migrated to DLT Finance. So if I sign up for the new account and consenting to move data to DLT Finance this consent will be only valid for the new account, but not for the closed one)
As I understood you, it is handled like case b) on a per-account-basis. Could you please confirm?

We confirm that this is handled on a per-account basis.
If you re-open your closed account using the same email address, the data on that account will be transferred to DLT Finance.
If you create a new account that is associated with an email address that is different from that of your closed account, no data from your closed account will be transferred to DLT Finance.
When you create this new account, indeed the legal counterparties will become Payward Ireland Limited and DLT Finance.
