Und Bison ist manchmal extrem langsam!

Das Bitvavo powered by Hyphe das umsetzen müssen war klar aber das wie ist 100-mal schlauer als bei BISON. Ich warte jetzt noch ab wie BSDEX das umsetzt und wenn die ebenfalls keine Signatur via AOPP anbieten werde ich wieder zurück zu Bitvavo gehen.

Was geschieht bei Börsen wie Phemex, Bitget… grosse Probleme mit der Hausbank bei Eingängen? Man wird ja quasi zum HODLN gezwungen, lol
Privat an Privat ist ohne Nachweispflicht, aber beim Einzahlen auf ein Konto gehts danach um Mittelherkunft… wieder ein Problem. Trotzdem…wo tauscht man sicher seine (steuerfreien) Satoshis privat gegen Euro? Vereinbart man da 0,x % Abschlag ? Wie wird das umgesetzt?
Wir brauchen eine Bitcoin-Welt und weniger verrückte Politiker.

Further to our previous announcement about Bitfinex’s support for the Travel Rule, please note that starting 29th January, 2025, Travel Rule data will be shared when sending cryptocurrencies of $1,000 in value or above to Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) via the API. API withdrawals can be made using this withdrawal endpoint or the V1 option. Any requests that do not provide the required information will be rejected.
If you or your organisation are currently utilising these endpoints and intend to submit withdrawal requests for cryptocurrency with a value meeting or exceeding $1,000, you should review the API documentation and update your API client code prior to this date to prevent any disruptions. For further information about the Travel Rule for API withdrawals, please visit Withdraw requests and the "Travel Rule".
The Travel Rule is a regulatory requirement for cryptocurrency transactions to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing and to enhance the transparency of transactions between VASPs.
From 29th January 2025, when Bifinex customers make a withdrawal via the withdrawal of cryptocurrency via the API of $1,000 or more in value, we will send information to one or more Third-Party Services that provide Travel Rule compliance solutions and who make it available as required by the Travel Rule, including to a VASP, like an exchange, to whom you send your withdrawal transaction.
The information we will send includes amount, asset, transaction hash, the blockchain addresses and identification of the originator and beneficiary VASP available to Third-Party Services that provide Travel Rule compliance solutions. These parties will in turn make that information available to VASPs, such as an exchange, as applicable.
For individuals (natural persons) involved in the transaction, the shared data will also include their name, address, government ID number (passport, national ID, or driver’s licence) and date of birth.
In the case of entities (corporate accounts), information shared includes the entity’s name, address and government ID (tax ID, legal entity identifier, or registration number).
Customers can continue to optionally send travel rule information for withdrawals under $1,000 in value.

Der schöne einfache Plan mit der Steuerfreiheit, Ausstieg via DCA zum Zyklus-Ende wird immer komplizierter - zum Kotzen. Keinen Plan was und wie und WO ich machen werde.

Das ist Kinderwelt. Wir haben mit unserer Wahl null Einfluss. Aktuelles Beispiel ist die Wahl in Rumänien, die annulliert wurde, weil das Ergebnis nicht gepasst hat. Vor 5 Jahren wurde die Wahl in Thüringen von Merkel annuliert. Beides waren sozusagen „Betriebsunfälle“. Normalerweise gehen Wahlen so aus und werden so ausgezählt, dass der „Richtige“ an die Macht kommt.
Wenn Wahlen etwas ändern würden, wären sie verboten.

Ich überlege mir ab 2025 bei POCKET zu kaufen. Die haben das Signaturverfahren mit Kauf direkt in die eigene Wallet.
Na ja, du musst deine Coins eben vorher auf die Börse schicken. Nicht erst im letzten Moment. Jede Börse, die in der EU handelt, muss diese Regulierung umsetzten.

Merkel hat keine Wahlen annuliert, denn dazu hatte sie gar keine Kompetenz, zumal das Länderebene war. Sie hat gemeckert, wenn andere darauf einsteigen, ist das deren Problem. Wenn ich mich recht erinnere, war sie damals nicht mal mehr Parteivorsitzende,

Richtig, Merkel hat keine Wahl annulliert. Merkel hat aber auch nicht „gemeckert“. Sie, in der Rolle als Bundeskanzlerin, hat damals deutliche Worte zu der Wahl von Kemmerich geäußert. Solche, die einer Person in der Rolle einer Bundeskanzlerin definitiv nicht über die Lippen kommen sollten. Die Wahl Kemmerichs wurde dann anderweitig „annulliert“… und zwar von ihm selbst. Was irgend ein Parteivorsitz da für ne Rolle spielen soll, ist mir allerdings schleierhaft.
Wie auch immer. Ich glaub wäre auch ganz nett wenn man hier beim Thema bleibt und sich auf MICA, Bison und Satoshi-Test-Bashing fokussiert 
na habt ihr schon eure Satoshis auf die HW rübergezogen? Wäre ja jetzt die letzte Möglichkeit das unbürokratisch zu machen.

Eine in Deutschland regulierte wäre bei dem ganzen Meldescheiss wohl von Vorteil.
Wer steht uns denn da zur Auswahl ausser „Bitvavo powered by Hyphe“ und „BISON“?
Will das kurzfristig erledigen und im Moment echt keine Ahnung bei wem ich es umsetzen soll.
